Foo Fighters Crash The Rock Charts With The Release Of Wheels

Fans of the Foo Fighters will be grabbing copies of the bands Greatest Hits album scheduled for release on November 3rd, but the new single -Wheels has already crashed the Top Rock Song Charts, and will probably be the biggest hit of the Fall. The CD will have 16 tracks, and the DVD is reported to have 21 songs.

It is hard to believe that the band has been around since 1995 that started with the release of the album Foo Fighters. The shadow of Nirvana has always hung over David Grohl, but Foo Fighters have made a name for themselves in the music industry, and with the release of Wheels, once again they show their ability to write a hit single, and that is why it was put on the Greatest Hits CD.

The band is on hiatus, and have no real plans to get together to tour, in fact David Grohl is involved with Queens of the Stone Age mastermind Josh Homme and Led Zeppelin legend John Paul Jones. The story goes that Them Crooked Vultures will have an album later this year, and the band is actually on tour in the United States and videos are popping up on YouTube from the band. It looks that this may be David’s pet project of the moment, and may be his only band for awhile.
