This Sunday night Feb. 8 at the Grammy’s, will have an interesting mix of performers on the stage @ the Staples Center in glitzy Los Angelas. Scheduled to perform will be Radiohead, with their album “In Rainbows” also being nominated for album of the year, this is a rare live network tv performance for the band.
David Grohl of Nirvana and Foo Fighters fame, will be backing Paul McCartney on the drums, Robert Plant will be performing with Country Sweetheart Alison Krauss, and U2 will be performing their first single “Get On Your Boots” from the yet to be released album “No Line on the Horizon”.
Also expected to perform will be teenage country superstar Taylor Swift, Colplay, Kid Rock and many other pop, rap, country and rock acts. The academy will have a tough time handing out awards with all the different acts expecting to perform, and the acceptance speeches will have to be quick and to the point.
